Qualifications

• Significant experience within technical facilities management or property engineering.
• Strong knowledge of building services, mechanical systems, and infrastructure.
• Experience managing outsourced FM contracts and service providers.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience prioritising maintenance and capital investment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and solving complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining asset lifecycle and forward maintenance plans.
• Assess asset condition, performance, risk, and business impact to support investment decisions.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to recurring technical issues.
• Manage outsourced FM providers to ensure service excellence.
• Establish technical standards and engineering best practice across the portfolio.
• Support resilience planning and business continuity for critical infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities to improve building performance, energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Present technical recommendations and business cases to senior stakeholders.
