Job summary

PRS is seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor to lead the engineering team in a highly critical environment in Northolt. The role focuses on day-to-day technical operation, safety, and reliability across building services.

You will manage maintenance, coordinate contractors, and drive continuous improvement in plant performance and compliance with RAMS/SOPs. A proactive safety mindset and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical supervision roles within data centres or critical environments.
• Proven ability to supervise engineers, technicians and contractors.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of RAMS, SOPs, EOPs, LOTO, and Permit to Work.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and day-to-day supervision of the engineering team.
• Oversee planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
• Ensure critical plant and building services remain operational.
• Coordinate engineers, technicians and contractors.
• Review RAMS, SOPs, EOPs, and LOTO procedures.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and PPM completion.
• Support incident management and emergency response procedures.
• Liaise with client and management on technical issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency.
