Responsibilities

• Help teams prepare for and adopt new ways of working, making change as smooth and successful as possible.
• Build strong working relationships with teams across Promotions, Ticketing, Finance, Venues and other areas of Live Nation.
• Keep projects organised by coordinating activities, tracking progress and helping teams stay on schedule.
• Create clear guidance, training materials and communications to support new projects.
• Support the testing and launch of new features, ensuring they meet the needs of the business.
• Support the continued development and use of Halo and Rome across the business.
• Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to deliver projects that make a real difference across Live Nation.
