Job summary

Live Nation UK & I is seeking a Business Intelligence Project Coordinator to collaborate with Promotions, Ticketing, Finance and Venues. You will coordinate BI projects from planning through to implementation and help teams adopt new ways of working to deliver lasting value.

The role focuses on coordinating projects, improving processes and onboarding. You will support Halo and Rome integrations and build strong relationships across the Live Nation business.

• Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Curiosity about AI and a desire to utilise it to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Live Nation BI projects from planning through implementation.
• Help teams adopt new ways of working and ensure projects deliver lasting value.
• Create guidance, training materials and communications for new projects.
• Support the testing and launch of new features for Halo and Rome.
• Build strong working relationships across Promotions, Ticketing, Finance and Venues.
• Keep projects organised by coordinating activities and tracking progress.
