Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment, a global leader in live entertainment, seeks a Business Intelligence Project Coordinator in London. The role focuses on coordinating cross-team projects, onboarding new processes, and driving value while promoting adoption of Halo and Rome within the BI function.

• Excellent relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across the business
• Clear and concise written communication skills
• Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A natural affinity for understanding, following and improving processes
• A solid understanding of how the live entertainment industry operates and a desire to learn how different parts of our business work

Responsibilities

• Spend time with different teams to understand how they work and identify opportunities to improve the way the business operates
• Help teams prepare for and adopt new ways of working, making change as smooth and successful as possible
• Build strong working relationships with teams across Promotions, Ticketing, Finance, Venues and other areas of Live Nation
• Keep projects organised by coordinating activities, tracking progress and helping teams stay on schedule
• Create clear guidance, training materials and communications to support new projects
• Support the testing and launch of new features, ensuring they meet the needs of the business
• Support the continued development and use of Halo and Rome across the business
• Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to deliver projects that make a real difference across Live Nation
