Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a proactive BI project coordinator in London to connect teams across Promotions, Ticketing, Finance and Venues. You will coordinate projects from planning through implementation, helping colleagues adopt new ways of working and delivering lasting value.

You will join the Business Intelligence team, driving process improvements and onboarding experiences while supporting Halo and Rome usage and ensuring projects deliver measurable impact.

• Help teams adopt new ways of working and manage change smoothly.
• Build relationships across Promotions, Ticketing, Finance, Venues and BI.
• Coordinate activities, track progress and keep projects on schedule.
• Create guidance, training materials and communications for new projects.
• Support testing and launch of new features and halo/rome adoption.
• Collaborate with the BI team to deliver high-impact projects.
