Job summary

Orbit Group is recruiting two Project Managers on a fixed-term basis until October 2027 to lead a strategic property programme. You will work across business and technology teams to plan and deliver complex changes, embedding new processes and systems across the organisation.

You will operate in a fast-paced, agile environment, travelling to Warwickshire offices as required. The role focuses on delivering benefits and value from technology investments while ensuring governance and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Project management qualification or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of project management & business analysis.
• Proven experience managing complex data migration, integration and desktop projects.
• Proven experience managing medium to large projects/programmes.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables and benefits.
• Lead planning and delivery of complex projects across business and technology.
• Embed changes to systems, processes and ways of working across the organisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business requirements and translate into specs and test plans.
• Define project tasks, resources, and develop project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate project staff and manage resources and scheduling.
• Work with technical architect to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
