Job summary

Triad Group Plc is recruiting a Senior Project Manager on a fixed term contract. You will own the delivery of major projects or multiple initiatives, across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, working with senior clients and external suppliers.

You will manage budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources while leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver expected outcomes. Based at client sites, or remotely, with offices in Godalming or Milton Keynes as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering complex digital, technology or business change projects.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the definition, planning and successful delivery of major projects or multiple smaller initiatives.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, priorities, budgets and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and support multidisciplinary teams, creating an environment for effective collaboration and delivery.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, clients and external suppliers, communicating across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Select and adapt delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid).
• Maintain delivery momentum by removing blockers and managing dependencies.
• Establish and maintain project governance, assurance, reporting and decision-making processes.
• Manage commercial and financial aspects of delivery, balancing cost, value and outcomes.
• Support business readiness and change for successful adoption and benefits realization.
