Job summary

One Stop is seeking a Business Plan Projects Coordinator to turn ideas into action. This 12-month fixed-term role supports governance and business planning, coordinating meetings and tracking progress across the organisation.

You will manage calendars, project trackers, and reporting for the Business Plan and Strategic Plan, support project managers, and help align priorities with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Understand governance processes and track performance for the area.
• Maintain the governance calendar and ensure documentation and invites are accurate.
• Coordinate actions, prepare materials, and manage meeting schedules with stakeholders.
• Track and report Business Plan and Strategic Plan deliverables, priorities, and timelines.
• Support Project Managers and Business Support Managers with coordination of project activity.
• Own and manage Business Trials tracking and run Projects & Trials meetings with Heads of Retail.
• Provide admin support to wider Business Change activities including purchase orders and supplier setup.
• Support GDPR and Data Privacy activities linked to Strategic Plans and risk registers.
