Babcock is seeking a Project Procurement Manager at its Devonport Royal Dockyard site in Plymouth with hybrid working arrangements. The role focuses on delivering major infrastructure, estates and engineering programmes to support the UK's defence capabilities.

You will lead procurement frameworks, commercial strategies and end-to-end activities, engaging senior stakeholders to drive value and compliance. This full-time position requires experience in regulated environments, ability to design

Qualifications

• Strategic procurement experience in infrastructure, defence, or regulated environments.
• Experience designing multi-supplier and multi-lot framework agreements.
• Knowledge of NEC4 contracts (ECC, PSC, TSC).
• Experience managing full procurement lifecycle (market engagement to award).
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build supply chain partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value procurement strategies and contracting.
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities from market engagement to award.
• Develop framework agreements and commercial models supporting major programmes.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and delivery partners.
