Babcock is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead a high-profile integration at the Devonport Royal Dockyard site in Plymouth. You will shape capability, capacity and resilience across defence infrastructure, owning outcomes, governance and change adoption beyond traditional planning.

This is a senior leadership role requiring broad experience across multiple workstreams, with accountability for delivery, benefits realisation and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Senior Programme Manager in a complex organisation.
• Experience leading multiple integrated workstreams with stakeholder complexity.
• Governance, financial and risk management capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders to achieve programme outcomes.
• Knowledge of MSP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Lead major programme from set-up to benefits realisation and closure.
• Shape programme vision, blueprint and delivery strategy.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and reporting at programme level.
• Engage and influence senior leaders, delivery partners and external stakeholders.
