Job summary

Bovis is seeking a senior planner to develop project programmes and delivery strategies for major hospital builds. You will work with the project team to create preconstruction and construction methodologies, produce progress reports, and support senior leadership with programme updates.

You will chair planning meetings, review changes and delays, and ensure accurate time impact analysis using P6 and project controls. Experience on large hospital schemes is essential.

Qualifications

• Chartered CIOB or equivalent credential.
• BSc/MSc in Project Management or Building/Construction Studies or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop the project plan, programme and delivery strategy for bids and projects.
• chair weekly planning meetings, coordinate progress and milestones.
• Produce data for regular status updates and project dashboards.
• Review change proposals and time impacts.
• Coordinate the 4D BIM model with the BIM Coordinator.
