Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Project Planner/Scheduler to create and maintain integrated programme schedules, aligning milestones with contractual commitments and providing clear dashboards. The role focuses on evidence-based planning, risk management, and governance-aligned change control within a multi-project environment.

You will partner with delivery teams, PMO, and senior stakeholders to drive delivery confidence.

Qualifications

Experience in programme or portfolio planning within complex, multi-project environments.
Strong capability with planning and reporting tools such as MS Project and Power BI.
Knowledge of programme and project methodologies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integrated programme and project schedules using DXC standard planning tools.
Align milestones and deliverables with contractual commitments across the programme.
Monitor progress and produce insightful reporting, dashboards, and schedule analysis.
Manage baselines, stage gates, and change control in line with governance standards.
Facilitate planning workshops and collaborate closely with delivery teams, PMO, and senior stakeholders.
Identify and manage schedule risks, issues, and cross-workstream dependencies.
Continuously improve planning processes, tooling, and reporting capability.
