DXC Technology is seeking a Programme Planner to build confidence in delivery through integrated schedules across complex, multi-project programmes. Onsite in Hampshire or Bath/Bristol, you will deliver reliable views of milestones, dependencies and risks, coordinating with multiple teams.

You will use MS Project and PowerBI, run planning workshops, manage baselines and report progress to senior stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Experience in programme or portfolio planning within complex, multi-project environments.
• Strong planning and reporting skills using tools such as MS Project and PowerBI.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels and strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of programme and project methodologies.
• Experience in enterprise PMO environments.

• Monitor progress and produce reporting, dashboards, and schedule analysis.

We are now looking for a Programme Planner to play a key role in building confidence in delivery through robust, integrated programme planning.As a Project Planner/Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality, integrated programme/project schedules that provide a single, reliable view of delivery progress. You will use evidence-based planning techniques to ensure clarity across milestones, dependencies, risks, and overall programme confidence.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain integrated programme and project schedules using DXC standard planning tools.Align milestones and deliverables with contractual commitments across the programme.Monitor progress and produce insightful reporting, dashboards, and schedule analysis.Manage baselines, stage gates, and change control in line with governance standards.Facilitate planning workshops and collaborate closely with delivery teams, PMO, and senior stakeholders.Identify and manage schedule risks, issues, and cross-workstream dependencies.Continuously improve planning processes, tooling, and reporting capability.What You’ll BringExperience in programme or portfolio planning within complex, multi-project environments.Strong capability with planning and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, PowerBI,).Knowledge of programme and project methodologies.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across teams.Desirable SkillsProfessional project management/controls certifications (e.g. PMQ, Project Planning and Control Practitioner etc).Experience working within enterprise PMO environments.Exposure to automated reporting solutions.What Success Looks LikeAccurate, reliable programme schedules that drive informed decision-making.Clear and insightful reporting that supports delivery confidence.Strong management of dependencies and schedule risks.Continuous improvement in planning practices across the programme and projects.At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
