Job summary

Onyx-Conseil seeks a PMO Planner with Active DV clearance to develop and maintain integrated schedules across complex programmes. You will establish baselines, manage milestones and critical paths, and ensure alignment between master plans and individual project schedules.

You will monitor performance, deliver dashboards for governance reviews, and drive continuous improvement of planning processes while engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders. DV clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a PMO planning or scheduling role for complex programmes.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle planning and governance.
• Advanced MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and assure integrated project and programme schedules.
• Establish baselines, milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
• Maintain alignment between master programme plans and project schedules.
• Monitor schedule performance, variances, risks and dependencies.
• Produce planning dashboards and reporting for governance forums and reviews.
• Support schedule assurance activities, health checks and reviews.
• Promote planning best practice and governance compliance.
• Support recovery planning and process improvement of scheduling templates and tools.
• Provide planning expertise and constructive challenge to Project Managers.
