Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from Yeadon, Leeds, covering the North of England. Lead relationships with clients, site teams, subcontractors and senior management to deliver safely, on time and within budget.

The role requires managing 2–10 live projects, weekly site visits, and producing detailed progress reports for the Director.

Qualifications

• Experience as Operations Manager or similar senior construction role.
• Proven track record overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Background in fast-paced construction environments.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Calm and effective under pressure.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ideally near Yeadon, Leeds commuting distance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple live projects (2-10).
• Act as main point of contact for operational matters.
• Monitor progress, programme and resource allocation.
• Attend site visits at least weekly.
• Prepare and deliver weekly progress reports to Director.
• Ensure safety, budget and programme adherence.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Resolve operational issues before delivery impact.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication.
• Promote company processes and best practices.
• Support growth via high customer satisfaction.
