Job summary

Slaughter and May is recruiting a Project Manager to lead the delivery of business and technology change initiatives across the full lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and transition to operations.

You will own end-to-end delivery, shaping plans, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality and dependencies, while collaborating with technology teams, business stakeholders and third‑party partners to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary technology programmes.
• Experience managing in-flight or transition-stage projects, taking ownership and re-establishing structure.
• Proven ability to manage delivery across internal technology teams and outsourced partners.
• Experience with agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Assess project health, risks, dependencies, and readiness; refine plans and baselines.
• Own end-to-end delivery, ensure alignment to scope, time, budget and quality.
• Lead project meetings; maintain momentum and clear direction.
• Engage with technical teams, business functions, and vendors to resolve challenges.
• Provide regular status updates and escalation for governance and decision forums.
