Job summary

Morgan Law is seeking a highly organised Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex business and technology initiatives, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.

As part of the Delivery Team, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage governance, risk, budgets and benefits realisation, and engage senior stakeholders including executives. This permanent role is based 2 days a week in South London on a salary of around £70,000pa.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex business and technology projects within structured project management frameworks.
• Minimum 6 years in Project Management
• A recognised Project Management qualification / certification. E.g. PRINCE2, Agile certifications.
• Proven track record of managing projects with that impact multiple stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in project governance, risk management, financial management, and benefits realisation.
• Demonstrable experience managing third-party suppliers and delivery partners.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including experience working with executive-level audiences.
• Excellent planning and co-ordination capabilities utilising Agile and/ or Waterfall methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-profile projects.
• Develop and maintain project management plans, financial budgets/ forecasts and resource plans.
• Ensure project objectives, scope, benefits, and success criteria are clearly defined and managed.
• Monitor project performance and take corrective action where required to maintain delivery commitments.
• Manage project dependencies, assumptions, issues, risks, and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, sponsors, business leaders, and delivery teams.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and decision-making forums.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate solutions to delivery challenges.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Manage project change requests through appropriate governance processes.
• Provide leadership and ownership taking responsibility to drive projects to successful delivery.
