Job summary

Slaughter and May is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of diverse business and technology change initiatives in a hands-on role. You will own end-to-end delivery, balancing scope, schedule, budget and quality, while coordinating across technology teams, business stakeholders and third-party partners.

The successful candidate will drive governance, risk management and effective communication to ensure timely completion and outcomes that align with programme objectives.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary technology programmes.
• Experience managing in-flight or transition-stage projects.
• Proven ability to lead delivery across internal tech teams and outsourced partners.
• Strong leadership, governance, and delivery discipline.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools to support day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Review the health of assigned projects, risks, dependencies, and readiness.
• Refine baselined plans, budgets, and schedules with stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and maintain momentum.
• Own end-to-end delivery ensuring scope, timescales, budget and quality.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
• Maintain RAID logs and escalate material risks.
