Job summary

Saffery LLP in London is seeking a Project Manager for a 12-month FTC to lead end-to-end delivery of change projects within the Projects Office. You will define scope, plans, budgets and risks, and manage governance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and successful handover to BAU.

You will coordinate sponsors and suppliers, run UAT, manage communications and training, and drive embedding of new systems across the firm, with a focus on change management and value realisation.

Qualifications

• Broad experience delivering projects from inception to completion.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing change initiatives and embedding new processes.

Responsibilities

• Project manage various sized projects simultaneously.
• Plan and deliver projects from initiation to BAU handover.
• Conduct business analysis on large initiatives.
• Develop change and communication programmes.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and manage contracts.
• Produce comprehensive project documentation and risk registers.
• Provide regular management reporting and stakeholder updates.
• Lead project teams and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
