Job summary

SRLV in London’s West End seeks a Business Change & Technology Project Manager to turn ideas into delivered, adopted changes across the practice. You’ll lead structured PM, business analysis and practical change management to improve workflows, standardise software use, and identify AI opportunities.

Work closely with the IT Partner, CIO and IT Manager to ensure designs are well-tested and benefits realised while maintaining professional oversight.

Qualifications

• Proven experience combining business analysis, project management and change delivery from definition through implementation.
• Experience mapping and improving operational workflows with measurable outcomes.
• Strong facilitator skills and ability to engage partners, managers and staff.
• Ability to translate needs into structured requirements and practical steps.
• Experience managing multiple projects with risks, dependencies and delivery momentum.
• Excellent communication, documentation and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess current projects, establishing scope, status, ownership, risks and decisions.
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure delivery aligns with objectives.
• Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, costs and required decisions to sponsors.
• Drive adoption of new processes and systems with clear change management.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities and pilot controlled implementations.
