Job summary

Hitachi Solutions Europe Limited is seeking a senior delivery leader to drive large-scale programmes across multiple industries. You will engage with client executives, assess risks, and ensure governance and quality across all deliveries.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, familiarity with Consensus methodology, and the ability to guide both internal teams and client organisations toward best practices and improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale business applications programmes across multiple industries.
• Proven ability to lead multi-year digital, cloud, ERP and data transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies in both public and private sectors.
• Ability to mentor Senior Management and HR as appropriate.
• Demonstrated track record building senior executive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Strategic engagement on projects of any scale with client executive stakeholders.
• Identify strategic risks to projects and oversee their mitigation.
• Oversee quality of work orders and change requests; suggest enhancements.
• Approve project deliverables, forecasts and timesheet management; challenge content when needed.
• Represent Delivery Team in strategic prospect meetings covering governance and risk.
• Articulate reports to client executives, highlighting key messages and implications.
• Assess and validate complex project plans using Hitachi’s Consensus methodology.
• Advise senior client staff on best practice, risk mitigation, and strategic challenges.
• Lead resolution of conflict situations, engaging the Hitachi Executive team as needed.
• Own internal Hitachi processes and drive delivery improvements within the team.
