Job summary

Hitachi Solutions UK is seeking a Senior Transformation Consultant to advise on complex programmes, shaping vision, operating models and realising measurable business value. You will lead discovery engagements, craft compelling business cases and ensure adoption of new ways of working across client organisations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' management consulting experience focused on business transformation or organisational change.
• Experience advising C-suite leaders within complex transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to shape operating models and governance for large programmes.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled transformation and Microsoft Copilot is desirable.
• Excellent facilitation and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise executive stakeholders on transformation strategy, operating model design and readiness.
• Lead transformation discovery engagements and workshops to define vision and roadmaps.
• Develop business cases, value propositions and transformation strategies aligned to priorities.
• Design benefits realisation frameworks to keep programmes delivering measurable outcomes.
• Provide strategic oversight across programmes, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Support governance forums and leadership teams with strategic recommendations.
• Ensure alignment of Business Analysis, Change Management and Learning activities.
• Shape consulting propositions and contribute to client presentations and bids.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Coach and mentor consultants and architects, growing consulting capability.
