Job summary

Aldwych Consulting invites a senior Project Director to lead a major capital investment programme from our London base, with hybrid working. You will steer a multi-disciplinary team, oversee client relationships, and drive commercial performance across a substantial portfolio.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape the account strategy, develop the team, and ensure the programme delivers on time and within budget while maintaining high governance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership of complex multidisciplinary programmes or portfolios.
• Strong senior-level client and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial responsibility, including P&L or account performance.
• Track record of delivering measurable improvements and value.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across a large capital programme.
• Lead and develop an established management team.
• Act as senior adviser to the client and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Maintain oversight of a substantial portfolio of projects across locations.
• Take responsibility for commercial and financial performance of the account.
• Drive efficiency, performance and value for the client.
• Use data and KPIs to drive measurable improvements.
• Champion continuous improvement and better ways of working.
• Maintain high standards across health, safety, risk and governance.
