Aldwych Consulting is seeking a Project Director in London with hybrid working to lead a major capital programme across multiple locations, guiding a senior management team and maintaining client relationships. Reporting to the leadership, you'll drive commercial and operational performance, develop the team, and ensure excellent health and governance standards.

This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced professional.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership of complex, multidisciplinary programmes or portfolios.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-project environments.
• Demonstrated leadership and development of senior managers and professional teams.
• Strong client and stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Commercial responsibility including P&L or account performance.
• Track record of delivering measurable improvements and cost savings.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership across a large capital programme.
• Lead, develop and support an established management team.
• Advise the client at senior level and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Maintain oversight of a substantial portfolio across locations.
• Take responsibility for account commercial and financial performance.
• Protect and grow the long-standing client relationship.
• Drive pace, accountability and consistency across the programme.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and value for the client.
• Use data, digital tools and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Champion continuous improvement and better ways of working.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, risk and governance.
• Identify opportunities to develop the account and wider client relationship.
• Represent the programme at senior leadership level within the business.
