Job summary

General Dynamics Mission Systems in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Controller to coordinate scope, schedules and finances across multiple projects. You will work closely with Project Managers and Control Account Managers to ensure milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

The role also involves risk management, change control, and bid support, leveraging MS Project and the Microsoft Office suite. Hybrid working with some office time and home-based work is available.

Qualifications

• Creating and maintaining project schedules using Microsoft Project and reporting progress.
• Excellent Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Can create, maintain and report risks using a risk management tool.
• Experience working with or familiarity with AI/ML models is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scope Management: scope project requirements into WBS, OBS and RAM.
• Schedule Management: produce resourced, time-phased schedules with critical paths.
• Finance Management: track expenditure and report deviations from baseline.
• Risk management: create and maintain risk registers and reviews.
• Change Management and Bid Support: assist bid activities with schedules and costs.
