Job summary

General Dynamics UK Limited is seeking a Project Controller to interface with project managers and control account managers across the business. The role includes scope, schedule, finance, risk and bid support activities to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with some time from home and in the office (typically 3 days in the office) and a salary between £32,400 and £46,000 plus our flexible benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in project control and schedule management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of risk management processes and tools.
• Familiarity with AI/ML models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scope management: define WBS, OBS, RAM with PMs; assess changes.
• Schedule management: create resourced, time-phased schedules with baselines.
• Finance management: track expenditures and report deviations.
• Risk management: create/maintain risk registers and reviews.
• Change management: handle scope changes and control baselines.
• Bid support: provide schedules, resources and costing for bids.
