Job summary

General Dynamics Mission Systems in the UK is seeking a Senior Project Controller to partner with Project Managers, ensuring effective planning, scope, schedule and budget adherence across multiple projects.

The role requires strong experience with Microsoft Project and Office, risk management knowledge, and the ability to support a portfolio of medium to high complexity programs. A hybrid office/remote arrangement is offered, with relocation assistance for qualifying UK applicants.

Qualifications

• Experience in a controlled project environment.
• Proficiency with MS Project for schedules.
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with risk management practices.
• Ability to support a portfolio of medium to high complexity projects.
• Degree level education or equivalent experience.
• Experience or familiarity with AI/ML models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers to promote good planning and ensure scope, schedule & budget adherence.
• Monitor, report & escalate concerns with proposed solutions.
