Job summary

Anglian Water @one Alliance in Norwich is seeking a Project Commercial Manager to lead commercial and cost management for complex projects within AMP8. You will ensure robust estimates, contract administration, and governance across the alliance.

Ideal candidates hold a degree and RICS/CIOB/CICES certification, have NEC contracting experience, and can drive value through strong budgeting, stakeholder management and team leadership. This is a hybrid role in the East of England.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level with professional certification (RICS/CIOB/CICES).
• Proven track record managing large projects up to multi-million pounds.
• Strong change management, critical thinking and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with NEC contracts and robust estimating and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial controls and procurement strategies with Senior Buyers.
• Provide live cost forecasts aligned with project programme.
• Oversee contract administration and governance.
• Lead risk management and mitigation across projects and programmes.
• Lead and mentor a small team of commercial professionals.
