Job summary

Anglian Water @one Alliance is seeking a Project Commercial Manager to lead commercial and cost management for a project or programme, reporting to a Senior Project Manager. You will drive robust commercial controls, challenge the team, and ensure governance compliance across the alliance and Anglian Water procedures.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree with RICS/CIOB/CICES certification, proven experience in NEC contracts, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Degree educated with professional certification (RICS/CIOB/CICES).
• Experience managing complex projects up to multi-million pounds.
• Experience with NEC contracts, negotiating and estimating.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to challenge decisions.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for commercial and cost management from inception to close out.
• Provide commercial challenge to the Senior Project Manager and team on project matters.
• Ensure subcontract and procurement processes align with contract and scope.
• Maintain records for audits and cost assurance; support final accounts.
• Lead and develop a small team to deliver project outcomes.
