Job summary

Anglian Water @one Alliance is recruiting a Project Commercial Manager to lead commercial and cost management for complex projects from inception to close out, reporting to the Senior Project Manager. Hybrid working in Norwich is available, with a focus on delivering value and governance across the alliance.

You will drive robust cost management, subcontracting strategies, and early warnings while mentoring a small team and challenging decisions to achieve client objectives and efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level with professional certifications (RICS/CIOB/CICES).
• Experience managing complex projects up to multi-million pound schemes.
• Strong negotiating, estimating and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven track record with NEC contracts and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and procurement strategies with the SPM and team.
• Provide accurate live forecasting aligned to project programmes.
• Administer the Alliance contract and ensure cost governance and audits.
• Identify and realise opportunities to drive efficiencies and savings.
• Lead and mentor a small commercial team.
