Job summary

HS2 Ltd is seeking a Programme Performance Manager in the UK to provide performance insights and data interpretation that support Best for Programme recommendations, considering time, cost and quality. You will report to the Head of Programme Performance and collaborate with PMO and delivery teams.

The role requires coordinating risks, horizon scanning, and shaping the Performance Measurement Plan while integrating data-driven insights across the programme.

Qualifications

• Senior project management or controls experience in an infrastructure setting.
• Experience leading teams or initiatives and taking on greater responsibility.
• Experience participating in governance meetings with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure programme-wide performance insights are integrated and communicated.
• Coordinate risk management and provide analysis to inform drawdown decisions.
• Develop intelligence to support performance management and programme integration.
• Analyse performance data to identify optimisation opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Lead the annual Performance Measurement Plan and set governance priorities.
• Promote Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in all work streams.
