Job summary

HS2 Ltd invites applications for a Programme Performance Manager who will report to the Head of Programme Performance. The role focuses on delivering performance insights to optimize time, cost and quality, with data specification, interpretation and risk-led recommendations.

You will lead the assurance and integration of programme-wide performance, manage 'phase level' contingencies, and develop intelligence to support performance management and delivery decisions, including horizon scanning

Qualifications

• Experience in senior project management or controls roles within an infrastructure delivery environment.
• Experience leading teams or initiatives and taking on greater responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Assure and integrate programme-wide performance insights.
• Coordinate risks and provide analysis for drawdown of contingency.
• Develop intelligence to support performance management and integration.
• Analyse performance against baselines and enable optimisation of delivery.
• Lead the annual Performance Measurement Plan and prioritise activities.
• Define inputs from delivery teams and PMO to understand programme performance.
• Horizon scanning to identify strategic risks and opportunities for the delivery plan.
• Promote Equality Diversity and Inclusion in all work.
