Job summary

HS2 Ltd is seeking a Programme Performance Manager who reports to the Head of Programme Performance to deliver performance insights and guidance for Best for Programme Recommendations, considering time, cost and quality. You will define data requirements, interpret metrics, and identify optimisation opportunities to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior project management or controls roles within an infrastructure delivery environment.
• Experience of leading teams or initiatives and ready to take on greater responsibility and exposure.
• Experience working in or with project controls functions.
• Experience of supporting change events within a project environment.
• Experienced in the use of Microsoft applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience of participating within governance meetings with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the assurance and integration of programme wide performance insights.
• Coordinate ‘mission level’ risks and provide analysis to enable decisions on drawdown of ‘phase level’ contingency.
• Develop intelligence that supports performance management and integration.
• Manage the periodic correlation of performance against baselines and provide insights for challenge and optimisation.
• Lead the annual Performance Measurement Plan and related assurance activities.
• Raise recommendations on active risk management and contribute to decisions on delivery into service dates.
