Job summary

Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a System Programme Officer to support the delivery of strategic programmes and transformation priorities across the health and care environment.

The role provides programme and project management expertise to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within quality standards and with effective governance across organisational boundaries. Strong stakeholder engagement and analytical capability are essential.

• Programme delivery and project management experience in a health and care environment.
• Ability to coordinate activity, monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and analytical capability in a complex health system.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, delivery and implementation of strategic programmes and projects.
• Monitor progress against milestones, benefits, risks and objectives.
• Maintain programme documentation, plans and reporting requirements.
• Ensure programmes are delivered to agreed timescales, quality standards and resources.
• Support sponsors and programme leads to translate priorities into deliverable plans.
• Provide governance reporting, identify risks/issues/dependencies and support mitigation.
• Build relationships with system partners and communicate complex information clearly.
