Job summary

NHSGGC is recruiting a Programme Officer within the Corporate Planning Team to join the Programme Management Office (PMO). The role focuses on planning, management, reporting and delivery of Transforming Together and related programmes, ensuring robust governance and interdependency management.

You will work in a busy team, balancing multiple priorities to support senior colleagues and subject matter experts across the organisation, with a hybrid working pattern and a 36-hour week.

Qualifications

• Excellent planning, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, exercise judgement and escalate issues appropriately.
• Proven experience within a programme or project management environment.
• Track record of supporting successful delivery of change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Coordinating project and programme status reporting.
