Job summary

Checkatrade, the UK’s leading platform for finding tradespeople, seeks a Programme Manager to turn strategy into delivery. You’ll shape how teams work, deliver cross-functional initiatives, and own change management across lifecycle projects.

A senior IC role requiring strong planning, stakeholder management and data-led oversight. You’ll partner with Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales and CRM to ensure initiatives are scoped, rolled out, and embedded, not just kicked off.

Qualifications

• Senior level programme/operations/strategy delivery experience.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional initiatives from design to measurable outcomes.
• Strong project management instincts and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Trade Lifecycle initiatives.
• Lead planning and rollout of tooling changes with stakeholders.
• Design and standardise processes for scale and consistency.
• Own change management, communication, rollout sequencing, and adoption tracking.
• Act as senior cross-functional coordinator between departments.
• Build and maintain KPI reporting for transformation delivery.
