Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Programme Manager to lead client Real Estate programmes within the PMO. The role requires steering committees, cross-functional collaboration and robust governance to deliver complex deliverables on time and within budget.

You will drive programme planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and change management while ensuring compliant governance and effective handover to operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate and/or Programme Management
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and support decision making
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Knowledge of Programme Management tools and governance practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Experience organising events and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Commercial awareness and ability to contribute to financial success through client billing

Responsibilities

• Kick off new projects and support new programmes by leading steering committees and meetings
• Develop client strategy and translate it into deliverables with buy-in
• Identify stakeholders, risks, and roles, and communicate responsibilities
• Plan and manage communication plans across channels and knowledge sharing
• Maintain Risk Register and escalate issues as needed
• Develop master programme plan and own it through delivery
• Coordinate budget and cost planning, manage business case approvals
• Oversee onboarding and handover to operations, maintain governance tools
• Foster strong client relationships and mobilise new business
