Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead strategic management of client Real Estate programmes within the PMO. You will work with global and EMEA clients, third parties and cross-functional teams to plan, mobilise, deliver and track complex initiatives, building robust governance and reporting.

The role requires delivering comprehensive programme planning, risk management, and change control while ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate and/or Programme Management with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programmes across regions.

Responsibilities

• Kick off new programmes by leading steering committee and governance meetings.
• Define strategy with client and operations teams and translate to deliverables.
• Manage risks, critical factors, budgets, and change control across the programme.
• Develop and implement communication plans and stakeholder engagement across channels.
• Ensure handover to operations with documented roles and actions.
