Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Real Estate Programme Manager – Portfolio Delivery to coordinate multi-site real estate transactions and projects for the client. This role acts as the in-house client-side link between internal stakeholders, external advisers and delivery partners, guiding governance from business case through to handover and post-completion review.

Experience delivering client-side or corporate real estate programmes.
Strong governance, budgeting and milestone planning capabilities.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and external advisers.

Responsibilities

Lead portfolio delivery across lease renewals, regears, relocations and other portfolio transactions from requirement to completion.
Translate business requirements into project scopes, plans and governance.
Coordinate stakeholder activity across operations, finance, legal, risk, and senior leadership.
Oversee governance, service levels, budgets, risks and reporting for outsourced delivery partners.
Develop robust business cases and options appraisals with clear commercial implications.
Align transactions withProperty governance and approval processes.
Maintain programme plans, critical paths and dependencies with executive reporting.
