Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Programme Manager to oversee the operational management of client RE programmes within the PMO. You will lead project teams, mobilise new accounts when required and collaborate with global and EMEA stakeholders to ensure delivery, governance, and compliance.

The role requires excellent coordination, stakeholder engagement, budget oversight and the ability to drive change across diverse teams. Based in Birmingham with UK client programmes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate and/ or Programme Management or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead client accounts and programmes.

Responsabilités

• Kick off new projects and lead steering committees and meetings across all seniority levels.
• Develop and translate client strategy into achievable programme deliverables.
• Manage risk, governance, budgets and cost plans for programmes.
• Create and maintain master programme plans and ensure integration with operations.
• Engage stakeholders and communicate programme updates across channels.
• Plan timelines, milestones and slack; drive programme governance and control.
