Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Real Estate Program Manager for Midlands, with a flexible UK-wide footprint and weekly office attendance. You will coordinate end-to-end real estate transactions, manage governance, and drive programme delivery across multiple lease events and property initiatives.

You will partner with internal teams and external advisers, overseeing budgets, risks and timelines to realise efficiency and value in the portfolio. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in real estate, surveying, business, project management or related discipline preferred.
• Typically, 2–4 years relevant commercial real estate transaction or programme delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio delivery across the transaction lifecycle for lease renewals, regears, relocations, consolidations, expansions and other portfolio transactions.
• Translate business requirements into project scopes, delivery plans, milestones, budgets and governance materials.
• Coordinate programme governance and ensure outsourced providers meet service levels and performance measures.
• Develop options appraisals and business cases with governance materials detailing commercial, operational and risk implications.
• Manage portfolio-wide transaction pipeline and lease-event governance to align with occupancy strategies.
