Job summary

KBR is seeking a Programme Integration Governance Lead to support a major infrastructure and capability programme in the defence sector. The role is hybrid, based in the UK (Helensburgh site), with security requirements including SC clearance.

You will coordinate governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement across multiple teams to enable strong programme control and informed decision-making in a complex delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience within a governance or programme controls environment.
• Experience supporting infrastructure or complex project delivery programmes.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and reporting activities to support effective programme oversight.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, processes and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Oversee change control, risk and issue management, planning and scheduling activities.
• Ensure information and decisions are captured, communicated and managed for delivery.
