Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a governance role.
• Working knowledge of governance, risk, scheduling and process.
• Sound knowledge of project governance activities.
• Ability to analyse data and information to form a big-picture view.
• Ability to brief seniors on key points.

Responsibilities

• Manage programme governance, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and coordinate communication across programme teams.
• Oversee change control, decision logs, and governance processes.
• Maintain key programme documentation, including RACI matrices, process maps, lessons learned, and SOPs.
• Ensure effective oversight of RAIDO (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Opportunities).
• Work with Planning and Risk Leads to ensure schedules, reporting, and programme data remain accurate.
• Analyse and present governance data, producing reports, dashboards, and board packs.
• Support project controls, document management, and secretariat activities, ensuring compliance with programme processes.
