Job summary

You will lead from planning to commissioning, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk while ensuring governance compliance. The role requires leadership of multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to drive delivery at pace with a focus on safety and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering infrastructure or construction projects.
• Hands-on construction delivery background with building services experience.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to challenge costs, value assessments and delivery approaches.
• Practical experience managing projects under NEC4 contracts, including change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working within collaborative, multi-stakeholder teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects from planning through to commissioning and close out.
• Oversee contract performance, provide financial forecasting and reporting, support assurance and governance activities.
• Drive collaboration across the project team to achieve milestones and programme objectives with a focus on risk management and stakeholder engagement.
