Job summary

KBR, Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Programme Integration Governance Lead to coordinate governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement across a major defence programme.

You will develop governance frameworks, oversee change control, risk management, scheduling and decision support, and ensure information is captured and communicated to enable successful delivery.

The role is hybrid, with 2–3 days on site at Helensburgh.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience within a governance or programme controls environment.
• Experience supporting infrastructure or complex project delivery programmes.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and reporting activities to support effective programme oversight.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, processes and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Oversee change control, risk and issue management, planning and scheduling activities.
• Ensure reporting data is accurate, consistent and delivered within agreed timescales.
