Job summary

Eaton is seeking a strategic Program Manager for its Energy Transition division across EMEA. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive NPI projects, align with GTM strategies, and manage an inter-departmental portfolio.

The role covers both program leadership and commercial coordination, with up to 20% travel, and is remote across the EU with focus on UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, and the Czech Republic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of program and project management experience with governance.
• 2+ years leading NPD/NPI programs within a structured stage-gate environment.
• Experience in Eaton's Integrated Solutions domains (power, EV charging, BESS).
• Ability to coordinate across engineering, product, operations, finance, IT, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management across NPI initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain schedules, milestones, and budget with robust metrics reporting.
• Coordinate go-to-market execution and cross-functional delivery of Integrated Solutions.
• Translate opportunities into deployment plans and define roles, milestones, and handovers.
