Qualifications

• Business degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in B2B sales with contractors or specifiers in construction or technology.
• Proven sales planning and execution, CRM adoption and Power BI skills.
• Understanding of UK construction sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a sustainable, profitable pipeline aligned with targets.
• Deliver sales activity levels with customers in line with targets via face-to-face or digital engagement.
• Own sales drive and improve efficiency using digital tools.
• Drive pull-based activities with target customers (contractors and consultants).
• Collaborate with panel builder partners to penetrate markets and generate demand.
• Identify opportunities for Eaton's EV charging and energy storage solutions.
