Job summary

• Experience in sales planning and execution in a B2B environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Power BI.
• Understanding of the UK construction sector and commercial building electrical infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering a sustainable, profitable pipeline in line with Eaton targets.
• Delivering sales activity with customers via face-to-face or digital engagement.
• Using CRM and Power BI to analyze activity, pipeline, and conversion rates to drive performance.
• Collaborating with partners (panel builders) to expand penetration and demand generation.
