Job summary

Eaton is looking for a Program Manager Direct Current for its EMEA division. This strategic role will lead the development of comprehensive data center electrical solutions tailored for hyperscale and colocation customers. The Program Manager will coordinate efforts across different teams to ensure optimal program execution, governance, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power systems and extensive experience in data center technologies. The position requires excellent leadership capabilities and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in power systems, electrical infrastructure, or data center technology environments.
• Proven experience working with hyperscale and/or colocation data center customers.
• Prior experience in R&D, advanced engineering, or complex technical program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead DC for DC EMEA program covering Eaton’s data center power value chain.
• Establish clear program governance and success criteria.
• Ensure program execution on schedule and within budgets.
• Coordinate product development roadmaps across divisions.
• Engage customers throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve execution risks proactively.
